In this article I’m going to reveal the truth about how your diet can either worsen or improve your acne condition. What types of food you should avoid and why?

Do you know why most doctor claim that there is no relation between diet and acne condition? Well the truth is plain and simple, because they cannot make a profit by selling a healthy acne free diet. Promoting a diet means less profits for the pharmaceutical and drug companies which are closely related to them.

The truth is most of the pharmaceutical companies pressures the majority of doctors to promote and prescribe their expensive acne medications and lotions that create dependency on the final users.

Conventional acne medications will never cure your acne, they are designed to only deal with the external symptoms and to crate dependency, this means more money for them and less money for you. The root of the problem will never be solved; in fact, on the long term, your acne condition can actually get worse by using these medications.

It is very important for you to know that although a proper diet by itself can actually help you reduce your acne, it might not be the final cure of it. On the other hand if your acne is caused by allergic response of certain foods, then you can be sure that with the right diet you can complete cure you acne once and for all.

In recent studies it has been demonstrated that there is a direct relation between your eating habits and your acne condition. Improper food consumption is one of the main factors that can negatively affect your hormonal regulation and your body natural detox process, resulting in serous acne condition aggravation.

The main purposes of an acne free diet are; to help your body to get rid of all the toxins and to regulate your hormone imbalances which are one of the main causes of acne.

So which foods should you avoid and why?

1- Avoid white sugar consumption: It is clinically proven that when you eat any form of refined sugars and carbohydrates, your body creates insulin and other male hormones to lower the sugar level. The excess of this male hormone enhances your skin to expel large amounts of sebum oil resulting in the aggravation of your acne condition.

2- Avoid milk and dairy products consumption: Did you know that milk enhances mucus forming, allergies and it is proven to be the worst acne aggravating food you can find. Believe it or not every mouthful of milk contains various different powerful hormones that are known to trigger the over-production of sebum oil resulting in more acne, it also contains saturated animal fat, dead white blood cells, steroid hormones, and a considerable amount of cow pus.

You might be thinking “But milk is a very good calcium resource…” Don’t be so sure, it has been proven that milk contains a certain level of acidity, and when consumed, your body takes calcium from your bones in order to balance this acidity. This means that milk consumption actually deprives your body from its calcium resources. There are other foods that contain a high level of calcium and that also helps your body to reduce your acne condition; these includes nuts, seeds and green vegetables.

Although improper diet is a very important factor of acne formation, it is only one of the many factors of acne creation and aggravation. That is why I can say that the only way to reduce or cure your acne condition is to deal with all these acne contributing factors holistically. Given that the improper diet is only one of these acne worsening causes, in a good number cases no special diet alone can cure your acne.

In conclusion, with the proper acne free diet alone, you may not completely cure your acne, but it can definitely help your skin cure itself from the inside out and significantly diminish your acne symptoms.
