Products that are made ONLY with healthy and natural ingredients would be products made from essential oils that will provide an aromatherapy atmosphere to your bath time experience, as well as, a healthy way to relieve stress and rid your body of toxins that build up in our bodies daily. There are also herbs, salts, clays, (our Dead Sea Collection will provide an exotic experience to your bath and body routine) and botanicals that will add to your already comfortable and private spa-like experience, but without the expensive spa prices.

There is very little point in expounding the statistics on the risks of child abduction. The recent distressing case of little Madelaine McCann is enough of a worrying statistic in itself to send any self respecting, loving parent into a tailspin. There are some simple yet golden rules to follow to ensure your child will never be featured in one of those terrible headlines.

There are several parents who live in the fear of whether their child has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Unlike many other disorders and other problems, ADHD can be one which bears both psychological and social impacts on virtually everyone who has anything to do with the child. ADHD, acronym for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurological syndrome, mostly found in young children aged below 7 years. ADHD can be characterized by forgetfulness, hyperactivity, mood swings, distractibility, and poor impulse control. ADHD can effect on both children and adults and as many as 5 to 8% of all children are victims of this psychological disorder. It is estimated that many children with ADHD go undiagnosed each year.

If you are a parent, no doubt you have realized that your kids enjoy being on the computer, and some may spend more time on it than you like. What kid wouldn’t love playing on the computer? There are games that are full of great graphics and they keep the attention of the kids as well.

Believe it or not, computer games can be used for good; in fact, you can actually take the positive aspects of computer games and use them to help your kids learn things like music, science, and math. There are many great educational computer games available now, and you can explore these games to find your kids some games that will keep them entertained and teach them educational things as well.

“In just two decades, the prevalence of overweight doubled for U.S. children ages 6 to 11 — and tripled for American teenagers. The annual National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that about one-third of U.S. children are overweight or at risk of becoming overweight. In total, about 25 million U.S. children and adolescents are overweight or nearly overweight.”—Mayo Clinic June 4, 2007

__________
Parents, you truly are the key component to controlling your child’s obesity.
________
Give your child a great example.
Children automatically have a fine tuned hypocrite meter, so if you are not doing as you say, they won’t do as you say.

Unhealthy dietary influences are a great factor in the growth of childhood obesity. Portion sizes of food and soft drinks served at fast food restaurants are somewhat at fault for this epidemic. Portion sizes have greatly expanded; McDonald’s French fries were originally sold in two-ounce portions. Today’s “super size” fries are nearly seven ounces. Eight ounces was the original size of a vending machine Coke; this has expanded to twenty ounces (Mrdjenovic, Gordana, “Nutritional and energetic consequences of sweetened drink consuming in 6 – to 13 – year-old children,” The Journal of Pediatrics, 2003, p. 605).
