I know that exercise has 8 letters in it but i have always considered it to be somewhat of a four letter word. The reason why this is the case is because exercise has always been something that is really inconvenient for me to do. I am not sure about you but I have got a life outside the time that I spend in the gym. As an important point, I barely find my way over to the gym in the first place because I have a tendency to keep myself a tiny bit too tied up.
